Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and organized front desk environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely appointments.
- Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain electronic health records using Open Dental software.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care delivery.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Utilize knowledge to assist patients effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Open Dental software is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service and handling multiple phone lines efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
