Ethan Health, LLC provides outpatient addiction treatment services to adults experiencing substance use disorders. We are dedicated to helping our patients, rehabilitate and overcome drug and alcohol addiction.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Bilingual CMA/RMA/LPN. This individual should possess compassion for those who suffer from addiction and have a non-biased view on recovery treatment options, including medication assisted treatment. CMA/RMA/LPN will be crossed trained in clerical and clinical roles of our highly paced outpatient clinics.
***Must possess a CMA, RMA, or LPN license. We are unable to hire CCMAs.***
Responsibilities:
- Observe self-administered medication during Induction
- Assess patients’ needs for physical exams, reporting observations to physicians and counselors
- Monitor vital signs
- Assess adverse reactions to medications and issues related to drug overdose, and/or related issues
- Maintains current and accurate records and treatment notes as required by policy
- Attends treatment team meetings and case conferences
- Updates medication reports (DEA)
- May include, but not limited to: collecting drug tests, drawing blood, answering phones, etc.
- Complete clinical record documentation in a timely fashion. Meets performance expectations for time and billing standards
- Review bloodwork results with patients
- Maintain CEU, certification, and/or licensure requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- If CMA or RMA, Candidates must have graduated from an accredited medical assisting program (maybe a one-year certificate or diploma program or a two-year associate degree program).
- If CMA, Candidates must take and pass the CMA Certification Examination.
- If CMA or RMA, Must be Board Certified through AAMA/ARMA
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with addiction/recovery and behavioral health
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be computer literate
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be absent from Federal Exclusion List
