Job Title: Bartender

Job Description:
The Eastern Yacht Club is seeking hardworking, dependable, and punctual applicants to join our team this 2024 season. Duties would include, but are not limited to bar service, stocking, cleaning, and event bartending. As a bartender, you will work closely with the Bar Manager and other staff members to assist in the deliverance of high quality service to all members during meals or social gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Verify bill accuracy and handle all account charges from guests and members prescribed by standard operating procedures.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Replenish and restock bar inventory and supplies.
- Fulfilling opening, running side work, and closing procedures to its entirety.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing attentive service.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather, and to stand for periods of time.
