Small management consulting company seeks self-motivated, well-rounded, detail-oriented, and organized Management/Business/Financial Analyst to join our team. The selected individual will provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Purchase Card Program Office (PCPO) in Washington, DC, as well as support the business operations of the company at our office in Alexandria, VA.
Supporting the FAA PCPO, the selected individual will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance, training, and supporting materials, as well as conduct data analyses and produce analytical reports. The qualified applicant must be able to conduct research, work with teams of stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and support meetings to create and update various types of documents, reports, and presentations. The selected candidate will support the FAA's PCPO approximately 3 days a week working primarily remotely.
While supporting the business operations of the company, the person will assist with contract management, work with vendors, and support the office staff and company owner doing research projects and creating reports or other materials. This work will be conducted primarily in the company office in Alexandria, VA.
BA/BS in relevant discipline (finance, business, management, etc.) plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise and experience in government purchase cards and contracting in the federal environment. In addition, experience with the federal government’s financial and contracting policies and the FAA is preferred.
Individual must have experience in supporting/facilitating meetings; planning/managing tasks; writing and editing SOPs, guidance, and communication materials; and conducting data analyses and creating reports. Must be able to work independently and with teams and be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are necessary. Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
The selected candidate will have flexibility to work primarily remotely, but will also need to be able to attend meetings at FAA headquarters in Washington, DC and come in to company offices in Alexandria, VA approximately 2 days a week.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
