Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Flexibility to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
