*KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Execute strategies for all PE social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the goal of reaching target audiences to achieve visibility and drive participant action
• Manage content calendar, content creation, and brand partnership execution on social media platforms, and measure impact and reach
• Manage PE website to ensure its content is current, engaging, and compelling, conveying our vision, mission, values, goals and the work we do to achieve them
• Develop content and implement strategies for fundraising newsletters, communications, and campaigns
• Coordinate with business unit managers to develop and produce communication products and visual representation including program banners, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials and notifications
• Oversee equipment and logistics for event communication needs
*GOAL*
Promote the brand, mission, and ultimately increase awareness, subscribers, donors, and revenue for the organizations. (partnerships, events, fundraising and other TBD opportunities)
*CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS *

• 4+ years of marketing and social media experience
• Ability to work across departments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to change paths quickly, while maintaining priorities • Experience in project management
• A deep passion for our mission
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills that produce clear verbal and written communications
• *Deep experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, etc. *
• Experience in PR is a plus
*COMPENSATION *

*LOCATION *
Soho, New York (remote and office in Soho, Manhattan) This role will require working hours that best serve and benefit the organizations needs and may fall outside of traditional working hours of Mon-Fri, 9 am-5pm. *(Must be Flexible)*
