**Job Title:** Office Administrator/Customer Service
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing office operations, providing administrative support, basic accounting, invoice entry and payables, month end audits, and filing.
**Duties:**
- Assist in transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Provide customer support through phone and email communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office filing
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Perform general office tasks as needed
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent proofreading skills for accurate documentation
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
