ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Efficiently locate & pull materials/supplies as listed on production/sales order and stock assigned production areas to maintain inventory levels for production; ability to accurately verify parts & quantities and complete BOLs to receive and/or ship material.
- Licensed and can operate all material handling equipment (i.e. Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger) at assigned Operations facility.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards; use best practices to follow all safe procedures in operation of various material support equipment in assigned Operations facility.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards; follow all safe procedures and practices in assembling and testing of all models in your job function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience directly working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.), inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing environment or an evaluated equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six (6) months of applicable position experience.
- Ability to become forklift certified to operate a forklift/tugger to receive and deliver parts safely and efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes.
- Experience using warehouse technology or electronics.
- Experience with ship confirming.
