Thomas Solutions Incorporated is seeking for a talented Web Strategist , Web Content Manager and Customer Experience Analyst to provide high-quality content creation, strategic communications services, and conferencing support to the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs’ (OJP) stakeholders and audiences nationwide.
The position is in Alexandria, Virginia at contractor site.

Web Strategist
Job Summary
Works with OCOM to plan, create and manage web content; provides website editorial activities including gathering and researching information and functionality that enhances the value of the site. Leads on major web projects and initiatives. Seeks and leads continuous improvement of the website. Tracks website traffic, user engagement and other key performance metrics for audience engagement analysis.
Minimum Experience:
- Five years of relevant experience with Drupal
- Developer experience is a plus.
- Must have experience creating and updating websites and web-based content under tight deadlines.
Education Requisite: Bachelor’s degree.
Web Content Manager
Job Summary
Works with OCOM and other offices as required to develop and maintain fresh and dynamic website content. Ensures OJP web content is fully accessible and follows federal plain language principles. Leverages search engine optimization and search engine promotion techniques and strategies. Tracks website traffic and user engagement; analyzes and reports on web metrics. Conducts content inventories and audits.
Minimum Experience: Five years of relevant experience.
Education Requisite: Bachelor’s degree.
Customer Experience Analyst
Job Summary
Manages OJP GovDelivery email accounts and listservs and connects the OJP website with the distribution of products through the email delivery platform. Works across teams and divisions in OJP to develop email products, such as newsletters. Determines strategies for the use of GovDelivery as well as improving the customer experience of the OJP website. Analyzes web metrics and subscriber activity and suggests content to re-engage inactive users. Oversees development and maintenance of subscriber lists.
Minimum Experience: Five years of relevant experience with GovDelivery, websites and analytics.
Education Requisite: Bachelor’s degree.
