Job Summary:
Serenity Village Assisted Living , is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our facility, embodying our commitment to exceptional care and service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor, reflecting the culture of Serenity Village
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks like order entry, transcribing information, and utilizing Google Suite for various office functions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills in all interactions.
- Support organizational efforts by assisting with proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist, Real Estate Administrative Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in organizational tasks and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to navigate computerized systems efficiently.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and utilize tools like Google Suite effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
- Familiarity with order entry processes is beneficial for this position.
