The primary role of the Front of House Agent is to provide exceptional service for every guest while: Greeting, receiving, welcoming, and registering guests, maintaining accounts and handling inquiries, and undertaking cashiering and switchboard. Being an exceptional team player, this candidate would also possess excellent
interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and is driven by delivering inspirational service.
MAIN DUTIES:

Ensure all guests and patrons are warmly greeted upon entering and departing the hotel

Check-in/check-out hotel guests efficiently while extending the highest level of hospitality

Communicate and appropriately action all complaints/queries, while also informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager when applicable

Ensure integrity of billing and cash handling

Maintain the correct confidentiality of hotel guest information and records.

Cover reservations when required

Carry out a daily in-house guest reservation and correspondence audit

Maintain a high level of communication between the Front Office and all other departments
