We are looking to add a Front Desk Coordinator who aligns with our values. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area.
Duties:
- Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate and maintain full and confirmed schedules for doctors and hygienists
- Handle patient calls and in person inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain electronic health records using Eaglesoft while adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient service delivery
Skills:
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance in a dental office setting
- Experience as a dental receptionist
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and staff
