Job Description
- Manage Schedules: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel for the executive/s
- Support Projects: Help with various projects to ensure they are completed on time
- Prepare Documents: Create reports, presentations, and manage files
- Multitask: Provide support to multiple executives across different departments
- Adaptability: Handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the business
- Communicate: Serve as the main contact between the executive/s and others
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Functions & Duties
This position will also support executive efforts, requiring:
- Working directly with the executive to support all aspects of their daily work routine
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate high-pressure environment working with the executive team and leadership
- Executive Assistant experience in technology sector
- Working closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Executive Support experience for several executives simultaneously
- Experience as a virtual assistant
- Scrum Master experience for Agile team development
- Managing business calendars, meetings, and demos
- Creating & performing presentations
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a four-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management
- Must have 3+ years as an executive assistant or similar role
- Must have experience in creating professional presentations
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Time Range: 09:00 PST - 18:00 PST
Shift Duration: 8 hours
Compensation: Competitive compensation in USD

Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
