Job Summary
- Solely responsible for the coordination of all front and back of house activities in the restaurant.
General Accountabilities
- Run all day to day operations
- Onsite source of communication to THS Corporate Team
- Direct coordination of activities and procedures on campus
- Daily communications with designated onsite clients
- Manage all staff and oversee all HR responsibilities
- Manage all production, pars, ordering, staffing, scheduling and other necessary tasks as needed
- Provide information about the products and services
- Assist on cook's line during peak hours and ensure proper cooking/handling procedures are adhered to
- Train staff and closely monitor throughout shift
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Flexibility with working schedule
- Any other tasks needed operationally
Job Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years in restaurant general management preferred
- Previous culinary experience with food production, recipe adherence, HAACP and cooking preferred
- Previous supervisory experience leading a team in a fast paced environment

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
