Hualapai Home Health Care, Inc. is recruiting outstanding Per Diem (Part-Time) Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our home health care team and serve our patients in Bullhead City, AZ!

Physical Therapist Duties:
The Physical Therapist evaluates, directs, and provides Physical Therapy services to clients in the home or facility following Agency policies and procedures, applicable health standards, and governmental laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program approved by the APTA, the CAHE, and Accreditation of the AMA, or the CME of the APTA or meets alternate qualifications as stated in Federal and State Home Health regulations.
- Current licensure/registration in the State of Arizona.
Prior experience using Kinnser/WellSky and experience with Progress to Goals (PTG) is a plus!
