We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client: a VC-backed Insuretech startup. If you love helping people and solving problems, this is the role for you!
- Assist clients via phone, email, and SMS quickly and kindly.
- Interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, and endorsements.
- Work with various insurance products and portals like Progressive, Safeco, and more.
- Use CRM software and in-house tools to manage customer needs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2-3 years of P&C insurance experience.
- Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a startup environment.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Base salary starting at $47.5k, increasing to $50k after 3 months.
- Uncapped bonuses for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Earn 4% commission on total written premiums.
- Bonuses for extra hours and participation in contests and incentive programs.
- Active licenses in 40+ states.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
