Ideal candidates have experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, assistant restaurant manager, assistant general manager, front of house manager, food and beverage manager, and or service manager.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years related restaurant experience with a full service, casual dining establishment;
- Commitment to ensuring 100% guest satisfaction;
- Must agree to a background check, credit check and pre-employment drug screening;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish;
- Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking and have the ability to bend, squat, and frequently lift 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to exert well paced mobility to maneuver between tasks;
- Strong culinary background preferred.
Must have a Food Handler’s card and a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) card.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports and works well with all members of the management team;
- Takes responsibility for growth and development by setting goals and seeking out knowledge without direction;
- Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints;
- Conducts daily line checks for food quality freshness and standards at the beginning of each shift. Demonstrates thorough recipe knowledge and awareness of food and beverage quality;
- Uses opening and closing checklists at each shift. Follows shift plan and conducts pre-shift meetings with staff. Makes adjustments to staffing levels as needed to achieve labor goals;
- Achieves and maintains a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant;
- Directs hiring, assignment, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of employees;
- Supervises inventories and estimates food and beverage costs.
