Electro-Mechanical Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble materials in kit form while strictly adhering to working procedures
- Alignment of optical systems
- Fault-finding/debugging of scan heads
- Assist Production Supervisor to meet KPIs related to team performance
- Meet all established requirements for product quality
- Meet all established output goals for each operation as it is performed
- Ensure compliance and maintain accuracy with GMP requirements of all operation/inspection procedures and device history records
- Inform Production Supervisor of any quality issues or findings
- Highlight inventory control issues to dedicated inventory specialist seeking timely resolution on issues
- Keep a safe, clean and organized work area using 5S methodologies
- Identify waste and communicate potential solutions using lean manufacturing concepts
- Offer process improvement suggestions
- Complete company NCPs with 100% accuracy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with ISO and GMP requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form
- Product and manufacturing process knowledge
- Basic understanding of 5S, Lean and problem solving
- Must demonstrate flexibility
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Understanding of safety as it relates to work environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
