The Marketing Director at Ikon Technologies is responsible for all internal and external marketing and communications strategies. This leadership role requires the ability to create and implement strategy, manage detailed project plans, and present to the President. The Marketing Director oversees all marketing channels, business units, and functions across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of Ikon's marketing initiatives, including brand marketing and positioning, verticalization, campaign marketing, digital marketing, inbound marketing, social strategy, brand partnerships, and multi-channel integrated marketing strategies and programs.
- Prioritize and deliver unified customer messaging across all channels in collaboration with key business and stakeholder teams.
- Develop and lead Ikon's inbound marketing efforts, including the creation of collateral, sales decks/presentations, and sales messaging and engagement strategies.
- Manage and deliver all internal and external marketing communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing communications plans for key customer initiatives, covering brand, products, customer experience, and other departments.
- Strategically develop email marketing campaigns and customer journeys to increase engagement and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide strategic leadership on email management for communications from multiple departments/platforms and third-party partners.
- Maintain and update content on Ikon's digital sites, including the homepage, product and policy pages, and affiliate sites, to inform and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- A Marketing degree or MBA.
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry or experience Marketing to franchise car dealers.
- Experience as a marketing leader in a B2B organization.
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in brand segmentation, digital marketing, inbound marketing, content creation, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in positioning a brand through creative and content marketing.
- Strong ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
