POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including picking and packing orders, putting away inventory, performing inventory counts and audits, kitting items, and completing necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Picking:
- Utilize picking lists or digital systems to accurately pick items from designated locations.
- Ensure that correct quantities and products are selected for each order.
- Safely transport picked items to the packing area using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Order Packing:
- Properly package items according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping information.
- Prepare orders for shipment by consolidating items and securing packages for transport.
- Order Receiving:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders or packing lists.
- Put away received inventory in designated storage locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Inventory Management:
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Paperwork and Documentation:
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as shipping labels, packing slips, and inventory logs, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of inventory movements, transactions, and adjustments.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
