Responsibilities:
Some duties include, but are not limited to:
- Process incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- Customer follow up for service and sales departments
- Respond to online reviews
- Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience for every customer
- Manage and track appointment logs
- Explain the process to every appointment. Give the customer the name of a representative that will be at the Dealership to greet them
- Works with management to follow up with customers to achieve high customer service standards
- Works directly with sales and service departments to achieve excellent returned surveys
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports for management

Requirements:
- Customer service experience a must
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Excellent client follow up abilities
