Area Operations and Sales Manager (Phoenix, AZ, Boise, ID and Santa Clara, UT)
Based on continued growth, Grace Management, Inc. has an immediate and newly created opportunity for a professional and dynamic Area Operations and Sales Manager. Reporting to our Regional Director of Operations with a dotted line report to our Regional Director of Sales, the selected candidate will provide effective sales oversight and operational support for a portfolio of 3 seniors housing assets that are being welcomed into the Grace Management, Inc. family. The portfolio encompasses an existing 100 unit IL/AL/MC community and 2 development projects with an additional 205 units.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years of senior living multi site sales and/or operational management experience and reside within close proximity to the portfolio (AZ, ID, UT, NV). Preference will be given to candidates who have a proven track record of leading teams to success and those with lease up experience. Substantial overnight travel required; competitive base salary and bonus opportunity offered.
