Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented recruiting-onboarding specialist to join our Nexus Team. In this role, you will recruit across multiple platforms and states for various Roles. Additionally, you will guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.
As the recruiting-onboarding specialist, you will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate resources and address logistical needs. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in effectively communicating our company's culture, policies and procedures to recruits. Additionally, you will facilitate connections between new employees and their colleagues, promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging within our company.

Objectives of the role
- Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies.
- Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
Your tasks
- Introduce creative ways and manage platforms for recruiting.
- Conduct Interviews for W2 and independent contractor positions.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process.
- Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
- Assisting new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms, benefits enrolment, and IT setup.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required skills and qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context.
- Demonstrable understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members with prior experience in corporate onboarding.
