Job Duties:
- Organize company meetings, team building events, client events and celebrations.
- Be HR Liaison – Benefits implementation, Company communication.
- Hiring activities – posting positions, initial screening, Culture Index, schedule interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding of the new employees
- Administrative help for the executive team: scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, ordering lunch and whatever else is required.
- Maintain and order office supplies, break room supplies. Ensure the office is always clean and presentable.
- Facilitate employee training and lunch learns.
- Oversee the Front desk and attend to incoming inquiries through phone and email.

Experience:
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Experience in HR and Hiring activities in strongly preferred
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Previous experience in Sign Industry or construction related fields is preferred
- Ability to work in a team effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to learn new softwares is desirable
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Experience in training development is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
