Job Summary:
As a Banquet Server at Banquet Bliss, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service during events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service while adhering to our high standards of hospitality.
Duties:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and decorations as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Experience:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation, service, and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with restaurant or banquet operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
