SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, LEARNING
Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest-growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Product Management team as we are expanding the vision for our product suite by adding a Learning Management System capability as a result of an acquisition.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- As a member of the Product Management team, you will partner with a talented Engineering and Design team - all passionate about creating and bringing to market the most innovative and usable products possible.
- You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our Client Support, Engineering, User Experience, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in (1) maintaining our existing Learning Management System (LMS), (2) maximizing the value of this LMS by implementing thoughtful integrations with a number of other ClearCompany Talent Management modules, while (3) also preparing the development over the longer term of a new, next-generation LMS native to our Talent Management platform. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic thinking and collaboration across the C-suite, executive levels, and both internal and external stakeholders. You will identify product health metrics, communicate areas of concern, develop pricing strategies, and leverage data to influence business decisions.
- First 30 Days: Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Client Support teams to triage tickets related to LMS features, enhancements, and bugs. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing systems and integration points.
- Within 60 Days: Serve as a Product Ambassador for several strategic customers, focusing on their learning management needs and challenges. Share these insights with the Product Management team to inform our strategy.
- Within 6 Months: Contribute to the overall vision for our Talent Management platform by becoming a subject matter expert on our LMS. Conduct client and prospect interviews to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Within 6 Months: Take ownership of the LMS thematic area within the ClearCompany platform. Provide guidance on boosting adoption and reducing churn, define the roadmap, and serve as an evangelist for the LMS product to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in a software/application Product Management role, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS. Familiarity with the Human Capital Management (HCM) space is preferred, particularly with talent and learning management systems.
- Proven track record of owning a module, platform, or suite through several iterations of growth and development. Experience in designing products (“0 to 1”) and revamping underperforming products (“10 to 100”).
- Experience in collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment, ensuring effective communication and alignment of product development goals.
- Experience in managing the product roadmap for external-facing products.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies through various growth stages, with an ability to analyze and communicate market, customer, and business perspectives effectively.
- Demonstrated success in implementing processes that boost software adoption in a B2B environment.
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to uncover pain points and offer meaningful and creative solutions while operating with honesty and tact when dealing with customers, including pushing back when necessary.
- A problem-solving mentality with the ability to distill complex concepts into understandable stories.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to work independently and propose innovative solutions.
- A natural curiosity and strong interest in learning new things, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
The base compensation for this position is $130,000 to $144,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
