We're growing our Dallas location! This is an in-person position that must be able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities at our Center. Key areas of responsibility are to coordinate meetings, conference calls, manage calendar requests, create agendas, track follow-up items, project management, vendor support, and other administrative support, including being at the front desk, for our CEO and Center.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Bi, project management tracking and other software skills required. Good business acumen, interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, detail orientation, and professionalism essential. Proactiveness required. Degree preferred.
