Position Overview:
Pavecon is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic market development plans, driving the company’s revenue growth. This role is pivotal in identifying market opportunities, optimizing, and implementing customer relation processes, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
· Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
· Develop and implement comprehensive market development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
2. Business Development | Sales Team Management:
· From a servant leadership prospective, mentor, and train the business development team to enhance performance.
· Establish performance benchmarks and monitor progress towards targets.
· Establish and maintain customer value creation and retention.
· Monitor monthly billings to ensure as required client invoicing and collections.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Analyze sales data to inform strategy and decision-making processes.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
· Develop actionable strategies based on data analysis.

· Proficiency within all social media platforms.
4. Analytical Skills:
· Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market information.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in management or leadership role.
· Entrepreneurship Experience.
Benefits:
· Base salary: $70k - $85k, performance-based incentive bonus, equivalent to base salary.
