Warehouse Associate Shift:
Shift: Position may require flexibility at times
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Typical Duties:
-
Assist Maintenance Technicians with work orders to ensure they are completed accurately and learn to maintain inventory of parts and tools.

Learn to detect, diagnose, report, and repair defective equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Learn and apply basic maintenance techniques, including mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, facility, and fleet.

Participate in on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Assist Senior Maintenance Technicians with preventative maintenance on machinery, facility, and fleet.

Utilize a variety of hand and power tools along with material handling equipment.

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and organized condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Relay issues and communicate information to the operations team on a nightly basis.

Maintain a high-level of professionalism and communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
-
Working knowledge of automated systems. (Conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, etc.)

PLC experience preferred but not required

Computer proficiency
-
Basic math skills
-
Ability to become certified in Warehouse Equipment(Fork-lifts, Palletjacks, etc.).

Familiar with the use of all hand and power tools common to mechanical, electrical, and maintenance repair

Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team

Skilled in general tractor/trailer, lift gates, electrical and mechanical repairs

Experience in preventative maintenance or educational equivalent (Certified/Certification desirable)

Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds or more

Capable of performing physical activity that requires considerable use of hands, arms, and legs, and movement of the whole body, such as kneeling, lifting, and bending
-
General skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and mechanical repairs are preferred
