Opportunity Available:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role is critical in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and driving our business forward. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including internal job boards and external job boards.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and conducting phone or in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams.
- Collaborate with the talent management team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Track candidate progress and manage the recruitment process.
- Provide employee orientation and onboarding support to new hires.
- Identify training and development needs and provide recommendations for training programs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
- Utilize training and development programs to improve recruitment skills and stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends.
Skills:
- Experience in ABA recruiting.
- Excellent training and development skills.
- Ability to generate leads and drive lead generation efforts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
B.I.G. Solutions Candidates should be Someone Who:
- Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration!
- Has a Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in the field Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Is Adept in professional collaboration.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem solving and a natural with interpersonal skills.
