We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will be pivotal in optimizing sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and the Chief Client Officer. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize new sales and revenue from existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Management:
- Utilize Salesforce platform extensively for various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Running reports for teams, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Creating insightful dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assisting with cleanup, campaigns, and lead management process
- Assist with lead routing and automation for sales representatives
- Campaign analysis for proper processes for different teams and individuals
- Data Management:
- Conduct regular data cleansing activities to maintain the integrity of CRM data
- Ensure adherence to data management processes and standards
- Marketing Support:
- Assist with marketing automation tasks to enhance effectiveness
- Support in organizing and managing RFPs, including outlining, assigning, and tracking progress
- Sales Enablement:
- Assist in developing and updating sales decks.
- Facilitate training sessions on systems and processes for sales team
- Document Management:
- Maintain organized document management for all sales and marketing materials and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Help support an RFP library and any support tasks needed from the RFP team
- Board Meeting Preparation:
- Assist in preparing materials, slides, and data requests for monthly board meetings
- Help support the finance department on KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in a sales role, sales operations or equivalent, knowledge of the EdTech landscape a plus
- Extensive experience with a minimum of two years in the Salesforce platform with specific experience in running reports, creating dashboards, and managing data
- Proficiency with sales automation tools like Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage rigorous initiatives
- Comfortable in a Google-based environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Must be available Monday-Friday 7:30am CT to 4:30pm CT
Logistics
- Start Date: July 2024
- Compensation:
- Base salary: $75-$95K depending on experience
- Bonus: Eligible based on company and individual performance
- Benefits such as vacation, holiday pay, and health insurance
- Location: Remote or hybrid setting in NYC office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
