Job Summary: Monsieur Touton Selection is currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Virginia team. Reporting to the VA Operations Manager, the Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for supporting our sales team and customers and interface with our third-party logistics companies.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience in an office-based Customer Service role; Accounting experience is a plus. Experience in data-entry is required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
· Interact with and support Sales Representatives on customer information
· Process orders in data entry via call, fax, email, or Sales Representatives
· Track all shipments for on-time delivery
· Communicate with drivers to track deliveries
· Maintain positive relationships with customers
· Resolve customer issues with appropriate solutions/alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
· Check for product availability and consider nearest shipping points
· Maintain daily pending orders to ensure customers’ expectations are met
· Process returns/credits and payments
· Review customer A/R profile before releasing orders
· Perform other duties as assigned
