Summary:
The Worksite supervisor will oversee multiple job sites where clients are placed. Ensure that clients are meeting employment targets and plan goals and expectations. The position will work with the Life-skills/Work-skill coaches to ensure recently employed clients are connected to community resources and are receiving adequate wrap around services. Worksite Supervisor will be required to document all interaction with clients in the HMIS system. This position will require a valid Driver’s License. Worksite supervisor will secure transportation for clients to and from the worksite.

Maximum salary is $45,000.00
o Employment Services – Ensures the compliance and implementation of Employment services program.
o Ensure data tracking and Quality assurance measures are met as required by grant
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Level of Education: High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree in social services preferred.
Work Experience: With the minimum of a high school diploma/GED, two years of experience in social services, counseling, or community engagement. Must have a valid driver’s license along with no history of a DUI/Reckless Driving within the last three years. Must have experience and knowledge of landscaping and general maintenance. Must be able to operate and maintain yard equipment.
Substitutions: Supervision of volunteers and interns can be used for supervision requirement.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Driving Skills
Ability to operate a multi-passenger vehicle under all driving and road conditions.
Knowledgeable of: Driving safety practices, traffic laws, and regulations
Basic knowledge of CPR and Standard First Aid
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Assist with helping individuals on and off vehicles and move up to 25 pounds
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic proficiency in database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Knowledge and experience in data management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Language Skills
Ability to read and write at a professional level: to read, analyze, and interpret and implement general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to gather data, analyze information and interpret information to build useful and required reports or presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

DUTIES AND TASKS
Planning and Implementation
Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; develops realistic action plans.
1. Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time or notifies appropriate person with alternate plan.
2. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, while increasing productivity.
3. Ensures the appropriate use of resources in planning activities – volunteers, vendors, committees, community partners
4. Plans to help increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
5. Reports up to Department Leader on the overall successes and issues regarding department
6. Implements volunteers and interns into all levels of service or developmental goals
7. Ability to be culturally and linguistically competent in serving the needs of diverse clientele
8. Provide professional level presentations to internal and outside groups on Employment Services, Adult Education, and other Social Services issues
9. Operates CRR vehicle to transport passengers safely and courteously over specified routes to local or distant points according to work schedules, accordance with CRR’s policies and procedures.
10. Picks up vehicle operator supplies (i.e., route signs, defect cards, etc.) before starting scheduled and unscheduled work assignments.
11. Inspects vehicle equipment for defects and makes records of any defects on defect cards. Reports any malfunctions to supervisor.
12. Deposits all temporary route signs, passenger count cards, defect cards, communication devices, schedules, public guides, etc. in proper receptacles.
13. Follows parking instructions and procedures upon returning vehicles to facility, relief point and other designated locations.
14. Complies with local traffic regulations.
15. Reports and properly follows up on all accidents or unusual
16. Adheres to and remains in compliance with CRR’s work rules.
17. Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures to reduce or eliminate accidents.
18. Contacts referred clients for enrollment in CRR employment services.
19. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
