Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Operations: Manage all operations-related functions for the branch, safeguarding assets and aligning with ESCO strategies and goals.
Lead SHE Strategy: Implement and oversee Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) strategy, ensuring compliance and meeting reporting requirements.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Branch Manager and other sites to ensure effective branch operations aligned with company strategy.
Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with operating requirements as needed
Site Communications: Handle site communications, including organizing and conducting regular meetings with site staff.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice on all aspects of operations.
Achieve Goals: Establish and exceed site production and financial goals, manage performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and lead continuous improvement activities.
P&L Responsibility: Oversee profit and loss for branch manufacturing operations.
Implement Value Stream Plans: Ensure value stream implementation plans are developed and objectives are met.
Facility Capital Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive facility capital plan.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider five (5) years of manufacturing leadership experience in lieu of degree
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Over five (5) years’ experience managing direct reports
Experience with welding, cut tables, and press forming strongly preferred
Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% (domestic and international) as needed
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management are beneficial for this role.
