JGX Group, Inc. is a specialty printing, signage, and display fabricator located in the Dallas Design District. We have inhouse designers, fabricators, and installers working locally and nationally.
Our History
Established in 1998, JGX Group made a name for itself servicing the retail sector by providing printed graphics & signage, manufactured signage & visual displays to major retailers and brands on a national level. Over the years, the company has continued its presence in retail but has expanded to service a range of start-up businesses to national chains and brands including restaurants, department stores, tradeshows, events, entertainment complexes, office buildings, showrooms, medical buildings, just to name a few.

What We're Looking For
We are actively seeking qualified salespeople with an established book of business focused on printing, signage, and displays.
Deliverables include but limited to:
- Graphics/Signage Programs
- Interior Branding
- Custom Wallpaper & Wall Morals
- Interior & Exterior Manufactured Signs
- Consumer Products
- ADA Signage
- Tradeshow & Event Graphics
- Retail Visual Graphics & Props
- Specialty Art & Photographic Prints
- Specialty Films & Architectural Vinyls
- Window Graphics
If you have a book of business or have a deep network of contacts in this area, we are interested in you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Exceptional service to clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote products/services.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive account management.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and implement sales/marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven track record in outside sales and business development
- Experience in account management and B2B sales
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation Options
- Commission Only Employee (for those bringing an active book of business)
- Commission w/ Salary Employee (for those needing ramp-up time & training)
- Brokering arrangements for those operating as independent business entities.
Sales support includes designer showroom, industrial/graphics design dept, project managers, networking and lead generation assistance, SEO and social media marketing, and software tools.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
