Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage and maintain employee and consumer schedules
- Maintain office files and records accurately
- Process Payroll
- Generate invoices for billing and direct them to the appropriate recipient
- Assist with hiring and onboarding process
Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Publisher and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Background in home health administrative tasks is a plus
