**Role**:
The CRNA will work closely with our ophthalmologists and surgical team, primarily focusing on the administration of anesthesia for cataract surgeries. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, passion, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assess patients prior to surgery and ensure suitability for anesthesia.
2. Administer anesthesia to ensure optimum patient comfort during cataract surgeries.
3. Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety throughout the surgical procedure.
4. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth surgical processes.
5. Educate patients and families on post-operative care.
**Qualifications**:
- Current CRNA certification.
- PA State nursing and anesthesia licenses.
- Prior experience in ophthalmology surgeries preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
