FLYMOTION is hiring a full-time Account Executive! The Account Executive is a critical role within the organization and encompasses managing and cultivating our relationships with current customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention. The role is vital in helping the company hit business development goals, working to convert warm leads into successful sales opportunities. The Account Executive will provide timely communication and professional service throughout the life of the customer relationship and will scale existing customers by providing guidance and customer support that always exceeds expectations
FLYMOTION is hiring a full-time Account Executive! This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. In addition, selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best sales team members for the organization and driving a high-level of performance among the sales team to increase gross sales, achieve targeted sales goals while exceeding the expectations of every client along the way. The Sales Manager is also responsible for occupational health and safety/compliance related preservation in the workplace.
Responsibilities & Duties (list not exhaustive)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, aiming for high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Support customers through various communication methods such as email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Partner with Account Coordinators to take qualified, warm leads and convert them into closed deals.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives.
