General Introduction: The Marketing Coordinator Intern will coordinate promotional activities and engagement communications aligned with our business objectives and brand. This person will support the marketing and client engagement teams in developing promotional content, maintaining existing marketing operations, and implementing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in planning and executing various marketing campaigns.
- Support in organizing timelines, tasks, and deliverables for each campaign to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in identifying target audiences and devising effective strategies to engage them.
- Aid in the creation and preparation of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize marketing assets, maintaining an up-to-date and accessible repository.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external designers or freelancers.
Communicate design requirements, project expectations, and deadlines clearly to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in design concepts.
- Support in establishing and maintaining relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and communication between the company and external stakeholders.
- Aid in evaluating vendor performance and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in gathering data and compiling reports on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing presentations or summaries to communicate campaign performance to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Previous experience in consumer marketing and social media management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and familiarity with marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Preferred major in Marketing or Communications.
