Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Project Manager supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at Ft Meade, MD.

What you will be doing:
- Supervise, lead, and coach Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance.
- Manage enterprise architecture activities to guide the execution of the NC3 Architecture Governance Plan.
- Assist the enterprise architecture team in producing a system of system architectures for the NC3 Enterprise.
- Ensure technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
- Ensure quality enterprise architecture products are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies.
- Collaborate with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives.
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
Education: High School
Years of experience: 16 years relevant experience in Program/Project Management with 2+ years supporting Information Technology projects including:
- Management of specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented on time.
- Ability to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent degree and 5 years of Program Management experience within an IT discipline.
- Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence
- NC3 experience

Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
- The base pay for this position ranges from $121,850 - $168,000 across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
