NEXT LEVEL VALET PARKING is looking to partner with the right individual. We manage some of the highest paced and luxurious accounts in the city. We are looking for a skilled AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our dynamic team and help deliver the best services in HOUSTON.
The AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for the daily oversight of management of all valet locations including their managers. This position delivers company, client and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance to company policy and client expectations. This person is also responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to each location. AOM would also help direct reports, prospect and review hourly associates.

Duties:
- Maintains proper staffing levels at all times to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees.
- Directly oversees all day to day activities associated with opening, managing and closing of accounts
- Collects deposits and report daily revenue using dedicated platform
- Ensures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage.
- Ensures the operations safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing claim prevention checklists, and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual.
- Responsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention.
- May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.
- May be asked to meet with the property’s client contact on as needed basis.
- Other special projects as directed by the Owners.
- Outgoing, Personable and Courteous Personality.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years equivalent experience, or Bachelors in business
- Minimum of two years with operational and leadership experience in the parking or related industry.
- Established experience in Google Office Products (docs, sheets, etc).
- Excellent oral (including formal presentations) and written communications and comprehension skills, required.
- Ability to work independently on proposals and prospecting material.
- A personal drive.
- Ability to attend networking events and monthly meet ups.
- Ability to schedule and organize a team based on past performances and abilities
- A valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
