- $35-50 per hour flatrate, depending upon experience, performance bonuses - aggressive pay plans to compensate production, education, & experience

Ideally looking for someone with Ford/Stellantis experience but will train the right person with any manufacturer certification or equivalent experience. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and help customers with vehicle features and functionality
- Read, comprehend, and perform all actions on repair orders
- Verify customer complaints and seek clarification as necessary
- Perform and document all multipoint inspection findings on the repair order
- Serve internal and external customers with pride and enthusiasm
- Thoroughly repair and maintain customer vehicles with integrity and craftsmanship
- Be mindful of safety at all times and follow all guidelines
- Secure all equipment, shop, tools, and all customer vehicles at all times
- Estimate cost and time necessary to complete requested services
- Clearly communicate with all team members in a polite and courteous manner
- Communicate additional service needs when appropriate
- Document all services provided completely and accurately
- Engage with all staff frequently and friendly, always
- Effectively complete repair orders with all information
- Ability to communicate objectives and promise times and follow up as those progress
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Support all other staff
- Provide updates on progress of vehicle during service process
- Maintain open lines of communication with advisors and staff
- Follow vehicle repair process when servicing vehicles
- Provide complete documentation, including 3C’s & time punches
- Verify repairs are completed effectively
- Maintain high CSI/CX and provide exceptional customer experiences/FFV
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous

Experience Required
- Experienced Certified Automotive Technician
- Extensive Knowledge of Automotive Repair & Service
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Background check & drug screen
- Stellantis/Ford experience preferred

- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Day shift
