Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler inspection coordinator or willing to train to join our team. As a Fire Sprinkler inspection coordinator , you will be responsible for scheduling inspecting, billing maintaining fire sprinkler reports for commercial and residential building. You will be responsible for inspection reports , inspection scheduling , creating cost proposals for inspection violations and maintenance . You will be required to follow up on invoicing , violation inspection renewals and contracts . This is a full-time position with competitive pay and

Responsibilities:
- maintain sprinkler inspections according to codes and standards
- Perform routine emails , phone calls for inspections , maintenance and repairs on fire sprinkler systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repOrta and scheduling .
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Experience with communicating to clients through email and phone calls
- Experience with quick books
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
