Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Utilize CRM, manage prospects, and report on sales performance.
- Conduct program demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Debt Settlement/Financial sales or related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with technology sales and solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
