Full Charger Bookkeeper & Office Administrator
BSI Components and Repair is seeking to hire a Full-Charge Bookkeeping and office administrator to work with and report to upper management.
Responsibilities:

Handling all bookkeeping aspects, including bank and credit card reconciliations.

Accounts payable and receivable functions.
-
File excise monthly taxes.
-
Record and track employee benefits.
-
Post all daily accounting activities within Zoho Books.
-
Any other bookkeeping or accounting-type tasks needed.

Process confidential document processing.

Handle all office and HR tasks.
Skills/Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.

3-5 years MUST have experience in Quickbooks Online and Zoho Books.

Extensive experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and Onedrive

Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Tech-savvy applied to data entry, numbers, problem-solving, and organization.

Excellent verbal communication and team-building skills.
