The Anderson Company, LLC, a site development company for over 27 years is seeking a Construction Project Manager. This position will be a part of the project management department and will work closely with the executive and field operation teams. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the planning, organizing and delivering of construction projects
Essential functions:
- Scheduling
- Job cost analysis
- Managing subcontractors
- Job site visits
- Preparing reports/correspondence as directed
- Maintains up-to-date project documentation including contracts, change orders and progress reports
- Assists with modifying schedules; participates in meetings for project specific scheduling, budgeting, and planning with supervisors
- Assists Executive PM and Superintendent with managing and scheduling subcontractors and other vendors; assists with updating project schedule
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
