Candidate's primary role will be bookkeeping. This includes receiving, entering, recording/filing AP including subcontractor invoices and company expenses; creating and submitting customer invoices and AR; financial reports, keeping up with project budgets and estimates as well as assisting with payroll.
Additional responsibilities include collecting, reporting and filing company and subcontractor forms such as Certificates of Insurance, W9, Builders Risk Reports. Candidate must have at least one-year experience of bookkeeping and a minimum of one year of QuickBooks experience or applicant need not apply. QuickBooks Online experience is preferred. The Candidate will be working with Operations Team to help manage home warranties, permitting and project applications and submittals. Other duties include general filing and clerical assistance.
Construction experience is preferred but is not required.
