Innova Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a large non-profit client located in mid-town Atlanta on a 6 month contract, possibly contract to hire. The Administrative Assistant (AA) of Advancement provides administrative, tactical, and strategic support to the Advancement Team. With minimal supervision, professional discretion, and independent judgment, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for support across the department to ensure the department meets the evolving needs of the organization, partners, and other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain complex calendars for C-Suite and VP’s scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments, working in close cooperation with Executive Officers, Assistant Program Officers, directors, and their staffs. Provides briefings on all scheduling activities and requests.
· Responsible for processing invoices and creating purchase orders in NetSuite as well as data entry and processing agreements in Salesforce.
· Makes reservations for C-Suite members i.e., air travel, ground transportation, and lodging.
· Submits vouchers for travel and expense reimbursements in Concur.
· Responsible for support of the Advancement Committee including reporting, coordination, scheduling, prep calls and meeting materials.
· Responsible for fundraising/steering committees coordination/scheduling (i.e. PHA steering committee)
· Coordinates the shipping of supplies or packages to committee members and/or remote staff.
· Coordinates offsite meetings and ensures guests are registered and provided with directions/logistics.
Qualifications:
· Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or in an industry-related field preferred.
· Minimum of (5) years of professional experience providing administrative, logistical, and tactical support to programs/projects required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Skills and experience in synthesizing information, data interpretation, preparing and editing briefing documents, and creative problem solving.
· Strong technical skills including calendar management, word processing, and data management.
· Knowledge and skills needed to be effective in managing the support of the Advancement department leadership in internal and external contexts.
· Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills; energetic, and able to develop productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
· Sound judgment and maturity, exemplified by consistent professionalism in dealing with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.

PAY RANGE / BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $27 -$30/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
