Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus in Pre-Op to join our team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of medical services. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results to provide appropriate care.

Monitor and operate medical equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Open outside of Texas

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a specific area, e.g., outpatient care, preventive care

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and equipment.
