Position Overview:
The Membership Services Representative plays a crucial role in driving the success of our Rebel Redemption Players Club program. This dynamic and energetic individual will be responsible for enrolling casino guests into the Players Club, meeting established enrollment goals, and passionately promoting the Rebels brand. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Actively engage with casino guests on the gaming floor to promote and enroll them into the Rebel Redemption Players Club program.
- Enrollment Goals: Achieve and exceed established goals for new member enrollments.
- Brand Advocacy: Convey enthusiasm and excitement about the Rebels brand to guests, creating a positive and memorable experience.
- Casino Floor Presence: Spend the majority of scheduled time walking the casino floor, identifying and approaching potential new members.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries about the Players Club program and addressing any concerns.
- Promotions: Inform guests about the benefits, promotions, and rewards associated with the Rebel Redemption Players Club.
- Data Entry: Provide accurate guest information for the Players Club system and ensure the integrity of data.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional events and giveaways.
- Reporting: Maintain records of enrollments and provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on progress towards goals.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest features and benefits of the Players Club program and promotions.
Position Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of customer service experience. Other combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
· Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.
· Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where concentration is key.
· Willing and able to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and qualifications.
· Committed to meeting or exceeding all regulatory conditions for this role.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.
Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
